Paper Plane

  • 3/4 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels or ANGEL'S ENVY Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks
  • 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino®
  • 3/4 oz Aperol®
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Fine strain and serve up in a coupe glass.
