2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

½ oz DiSarrano Amaretto

½ oz lemon juice

1 egg white

½ oz simple syrup

Preparation

Dry shake to emulsify the egg white, add ice shake and serve in martini or coupe. Garnish with 5 drops of Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters on foam, Luxardo cherry. Rim glass with orange oil.
