2 parts ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
½ part DiSarrano Amaretto
½ part lemon juice
1 egg white
½ part simple syrup
Dry shake to emulsify the egg white, add ice shake and serve in martini or coupe. Garnish with 5 drops of Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters on foam, Luxardo cherry. Rim glass with orange oil.
