2 parts ANGEL’S ENVY Rye finished in Rum Casks

¾ part sweet vermouth

¼ part Amaro Montenegro

barspoon Cynar

Preparation

Chill a coupe glass with ice, dump ice, add barspoon of Cynar, rinse and dump. Build first three ingredients in mixing glass, stir with ice, and pour into chilled coupe. Garnish with orange peel.
