2 oz ANGEL’S ENVY Rye finished in Rum Casks

¾ oz sweet vermouth

¼ oz Amaro Montenegro

barspoon Cynar

Preparation

  • Chill a coupe glass with ice, dump ice, add barspoon of Cynar, rinse and dump.
  • Build first three ingredients in mixing glass, stir with ice, and pour into chilled coupe. Garnish with orange peel.
