2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
4 pieces honeydew, muddled (or 1 fresh juiced honeydew)
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz honey syrup 2:1
pinch of mint, muddled
Muddle, shake, fine strain into double rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig and fresh cracked pepper.
