Ingredients

2 oz Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

1 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Chai pineapple cordial

1/2 oz Madeira

Ginger Beer

Dehydrated pineapple

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients into a shaker besides ginger beer
  • Shake with ice
  • Pour into a collins glass and top with ginger beer and dehydrated pineapple garnish
