1 1/2 oz Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

2.5 oz Basil infused homemade Arnold Palmer

1/2 oz San Pellegrino

Basil Sprig garnish

Preparation

  • Cocktail:
  • In a large wine glass add Angel's Envy then Arnold Palmer
  • Top with sparkling water and add ice
  • Garnish with a basil sprig
  • Arnold Palmer:
  • Mix 14 quart of sugar, 1/2 quart of water, 1 quart of black tea
  • Boil and add basil
  • Simmer for 2 minutes
  • Add 3/4 quart of lemon juice and chill
