2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

1 oz Noilly Prat Rouge

small dash of Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters

1 oz Averna Amaro

a twist of lemon

Preparation

Combine first three ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice. Stir, let sit for a few minutes. Chill another high ball or rocks glass with ice or in freezer. Once chilled, pour in Averna, strain in rest of cocktail. Garnish with lemon twist and enjoy.
