Ingredients

1 bottle ANGEL’S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

1 bottle Aperol

½ bottle sweet vermouth

40 dashes orange bitters

Preparation

Age in barrel. Pour 2 oz. of the aged cocktail into a mixing glass full of ice and stir for a full minute, then strain into an old fashioned glass with a single large ice cube. Garnish with a large orange peel.
