A high end take on the Highball. St Germain brings a refined floral elegance, highlighting the vanilla notes from the Oak barrel aging in Angel's Envy. Topped off with a spicy Ginger Beer, this drink hits every part of the flavor wheel to create unforgettable tipple.


Port of Envy

  • 1 1/2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain®
  • 1/2 oz Ruby Port
  • 3 dashes Fee Brothers® black walnut bitters
  • 2 oz Fever Tree® ginger beer
  • Add all ingredients with the exception of the ginger beer into a mixing glass.
  • Stir for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass.
  • Top with ginger beer.
