Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Stout & Amburana Barrels is a tribute to Louisville’s vibrant craft brewing community, inspired by Master Distiller Owen Martin’s appreciation for craft beer and stout cask-finished whiskeys. Aged for up to seven years, this limited-edition expression blends a 6- to 24-month finish in Imperial Stout barrels and 1-month finish in Brazilian Amburana wood.

FINISHED BOURBON

Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), two barrel finishes are combined to create Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Stout & Amburana Barrels. With a hue of toasted malt, the spirit opens with bourbon depth complemented by warm spice and cocoa, then finishes with rich flavors of imperial stout.

  • NOSE

    Cinnamon toast cereal, light florals over dusty cocoa and icing.

  • PALATE

    Fresh churros, juicy mulled cider, chocolate orange.

  • FINISH

    Creamy ganache, bright fruit, lingering Mexican hot chocolate.

Golden in color and rich in character, the Two-Grain Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey reveals the impact of a two-grain mash bill and Kelvin Cooperage barrel influence. Sweet corn gives way to toasted grain, warm baking spices, and a balanced finish at 112 proof (ABV 56%).

    Toasty demerara syrup drizzled atop pecans and fresh funnel cake

  • PALATE

    Leads with warm, buttered brioche and mulled cider, revealing an oily yet softly sweet viscosity

  • FINISH

    Silky and approachable, fading to cozy notes of brown butter, vanilla custard, and oak

Peated Cask Rye

The Peated Cask Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey Finished in Scotch Barrels melds bold rye character with Islay’s signature peat smoke. Aged six years and finished for another in scotch casks, it delivers a peppery, herbal profile in a charred lemon color at 100 Proof (ABV 50%).

    Smoked sugar and orchard fruit intermingle,
    accented by wisps of eucalyptus and cotton candy

  • PALATE

    Grilled plums and red licorice layered upon bold campfire and oak notes

  • FINISH

    Long, smokey, and indulgent, with waves of heavily salted
    caramel and honeyed cream
