Ingredients

2 oz Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

1/2 oz Orange Curacao

1/2 oz Lime juice

1/2 oz Horchata reduction

1/2 oz Pineapple syrup

2-3 dashes of bitters

Mint and Pineapple garnish

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker
  • Shake vigorously
  • Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice
  • Top with dashes of bitters
