Volume 2 in cellar collection

For the 2019 Cellar Collection Volume 2 release, we hand-selected our finest Kentucky Straight Bourbon and methodically finished it in Tawny Port wine barrels for 6 months. This port wine barrel finishing introduced a uniquely complex, high-proof bourbon layered with fortified wine influence and presented a new milestone in Angel’s Envy’s secondary maturation process. This limited-release remains a sought-after expression among collectors.

TASTING NOTES

The mellow flavors from the 10-month finish tawny oak barrels perfectly complement the complexity of our finest bourbon.

NOSE

Dry fruit and oak.
PALATE

Black pepper, toasted nuts, clove and delicate cinnamon spice with a hint of dried apricot.
FINISH

Light and lingering, reminiscent of dried fruit dipped in dark chocolate.
