The Highball is a simple way to enjoy your favorite whiskey with a bit less bite. In fact, with the carbonation from the soda water, you hardly even have to give it a mix. Some also prefer a slight twist on this classic recipe, substituting soda water for ginger ale.

ingredients
  • 2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
  • 4 oz chilled soda water
  • Lemon peel garnish
directions
  • Add all ingredients into a highball glass.
  • Top with ice and stir.
  • Garnish with a lemon peel.
  • Add your favorite bitters or try an orange zest to add dimension.
