A bittersweet take on the classic cocktail, the Black Manhattan brings a new dimension of flavor to the table, especially with Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels. Invented in 2005, it might’ve taken a while for this twist on the original to come to life, but it was certainly worth the wait.

ingredients
- 2
oz ANGEL'S ENVY Finished in Port Wine Barrels - 1
oz Averna® - 1
dash Angostura® bitters - 1
dash Orange bitters -
Cherry or orange peel garnish
directions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Stir over ice.
- Strain and serve into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a cherry or orange peel.
