  • ¾ part fresh lemon juice
  • ½ part Aperol®
  • ½ part pineapple scraps syrup
  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Double strain over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and umbrella.
