2 parts ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

1 part Papa’s Pilar Blonde Rum

1 part honey-pineapple syrup

¼ part fresh lime juice

2 droppers Bittermens Habanero Shrub Bitters

ground pink peppercorn and pink salt garnish

Preparation

Honey-pineapple Syrup: 1 diced pineapple,16 oz local dark honey, assorted peppercorns (muddled). Let sit for one day, strain and bottle.
